egg harvesting

Is it conceivable to harvest eggs from the ovaries of a 48 month old child? I have a 4 year old just diagnosed with juvenile granulosa-theca cell tumor of one ovary, which has since been removed along with the fallopian, leaving her with one. As of right now, we have no idea if there is a need for chemo or there is any problems with the other ovary. Our thoughts go to harvesting her eggs for her future. Is this something that is conceivable at such a young age? Thank you.
