Do most Dr.'s wear gloves for breast exams?

I just wondered what is typical. I never had a doctor not use gloves until the past 3 years when I went to military doctors. I really hate it because I am so nervous that my underarms sweat a lot, and of course they always dig their fingers in. If I asked them to wear gloves, would that be an unreasonable request? Thanks.
