Continuous birth control might help; if you don't have periods, you don't get that drop in hormones, so you shouldn't have PMS or menstrual migraines. Probably a monophasic pill will be better too; with a triphasic pill like Triphasil or Ortho TriCyclen, the hormones go up and down every week, so that might be more likely to trigger PMS and migraines. Monophasic is better for continuous therapy as well. Talk to your doctor.
