Ok here i go. I've been on Ortho Cyclen for 2 years now. While on the pill I didn't gain any weight or experience any real side effects.I was recently hospitalized and was off the pill for a week. Durring that time my skin cleared up. I did not have bad acne but i had a few pimples on my back and face, but while in the hospital and the week afterwards my skin had never looked better. I had my anual pap the other day and told my doctor about this so she put me on Ortho Tri Cyclen, saying it would help with my skin. But I've heard from others that Ortho Cyclen should have done the same thing. I'm worried about being on Tri Cyclen. Many of my friends have told me horror stories of spotting and weight gain. Will Tri Cyclen be really different or should i expect the same results? Should i talk to my doctor about this. Also I'v eheard Yasmin is really good at clearing up acne without weight gain. What should I do?
