The guidelines are to have your first pap at the time of first intercourse or the age of 18, whichever occurs first. You are a virgin, so your risk of anything is rather low, but not impossible. The Pap Smear checks for cervical cancer as well as other STD's (cervical cancer has been linked to STD's). Get the Pap....you need it.
