Have you talked to your Mom about this? You might benefit from a good multiple product with enough B vitamins, also a good diet and exercise. If your Mom is interested in keeping healthy naturally, she would be a good place to start. If you need more help, you and your Mom could consult with a Naturopathic doctor. They are good when you want to take care of yourself. Just make sure that you talk to your Mom right away if your mood swings cause any thoughts of suicide or cause other serious problems. Good luck and good for you for researching ways to take good care of yourself.
