Ashley,

I think you need to sit down and talk with your mom honestly and openly. It may be difficult and you could even begin the conversation by saying I don't want to hurt your feelings, thank her for all that she has done, but then kindly let her know where your feelings are right now and how you need her to help you now. I know it may be a difficult thing to do and obviously I don't know your relationship with your mom, but honesty in a very kind and positive discussion is always the best. Believe me you will feel like a weight is lifted off of your shoulders. Good luck!!!!
