more pain during sex

Hello. I'm 29. I'm married with zero children. My husband and I have been married for 4 years. I have never had sex that has not been excruciating and nearly unbearable. My last gynecologist diagnosed me with cysts, vulvadynia and mild endodemetriosis for which I had surgery (he also made the opening to my vagina straighter because he said there was kind of a bump at the entrance.) I also was on lupron injections for 6 months for the endodemetriosis. I still had pain during sex, so my doctor asked me to have sex and come in so that he could examine me after to see what the problem is. Well, everytime we have sex I get a tear in my vagina. The doctor gave me a special, very slippery lubricant to try, but I still tear and bleed a little every time...and it takes about a month to heal. My doctor says that this problem will probably be fixed if I have a baby, but I can not tolerate sex. We have sex maybe once every 5 or 6 months. We would like to try to have a child starting in the fall, but is there anything else that can be done for my complicated problems? His suggestion was to suffer through it, but I can't. It feels like I'm being stabbed, especially since the tear is not the only source of my pain. Nicole
