In my experience, doctors will realize it's hard for you to talk about it,and perhaps will ask you if the foreplay includes oral, and they'll respond in a way that puts you at ease. Just say yes and move on to the next topic. If you find after this visit that this doctor isn't the right one to talk to, you might want to search for one who is really comfortable to talk to. Maybe it sounds almost like a cliche, but your doctor is your partner in healthcare. As the years go by, being able to talk to the doctor will help solve problems that otherwise go unsolved because of embarrassment. I hope this helps; hopefully others will come along with other suggestions.
