Previous message: anonymous@obgyn.net: "medical concern" Hi everyone. I'm 19 years old and took my first Depo shot yesterday. It's not for birth control but for very extreme bleeding. Anyways, I had no other choice but to either keep bleeding so much until I needed a transfusion or take the Depo. I can't take anything w/ estrogen. I was just wondering, if I were to experience any side effects, when do you think I would start to notice something. I'm thinking about a week but I really have no idea.
