I just had a sonogramdone and discovered that I have a mass, which they call a bilateral dermoid in my uterus 14x9x11 cm coming from my ovaries (maybe). my obgyn said she recomm ends I do surgery to remove it and try to SAVE MY OVARIES, something about thatline didn't make me or my husband comfortable or confident. I looked up on the internet and they said there is a plasmakinetic needle that could be used in such cases, but I don't know.
