It could be a number of things. You should see a doctor. I had this type of thing once, and my boyfriend is a nurse, and he said that since he didn't have the necessary equipment to check it, that I should see a doctor. And sure enough, he was right, because when I saw the doctor, he said William was correct to refer me to him. So, my advice, see a doctor.
