For a while now I have had difficulty inserting tampons - I am a first time user. My hymen appears to be torn in places - I can get my little finger inserted - but I can't insert tampons at all. Would the best step be to use lubricated tampons? When during my period would be the best time to practise using tampons. Thanks very much.
