Previous message: Marisa Geller MD: "Re: Very Big Problems Please Help" I'm 32 years old and have been having monthly vulva pain which turns into severe sciatica symptoms about a week after my period ends. This has been ongoing since my daughter was born 20 months ago. I experienced similar pain (but not as severe) late in the pregnancy, but never before. I've gone through a battery of MRI's, CT, Bone Scan, labs, etc. and nothing has been revealed. Dr's suggest Physical Therapy for sciatica but not sure of correlation of vulva pain. No redness or irritation. It is kind of puffy and feels like the pain is coming from the left side, just behind or on the pelvic bone. Any suggestions?
