Your irregular periods can be related to the fact that you lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. The headaches and the sharp pain with intercourse are not related to HPV. However, the sharp pain with intercourse could be because you had clamydia but that is not very frequent. I suggest you making an appointment with a doctor.
