I am 19 years old & sexually active with my first & only partner who is my boyfriend. About 2 weeks ago, when I noticed that I had vaginal discharge (I was down there looking at myself - the discharge was later found to be bacterial vaginosis), I also noticed I had a bright red bump on the entrance to my vagina with alittle extra irritation spreading outwards like a bruise or blood blister. I thought that maybe it was just irritation & thought it would go away, but it is still there now. It has not scabbed up or oozed out puss or anything. It is right on the inside/edge of the vaginal entrance, not on the lips, looks red, and the tissue looks alittle swollen, or maybe torn/irritated. It is also tender to the touch. But does not hurt or itch. Could this be something bad like herpes or a gental wart? Or maybe just a regular blister (if there are such things)? I do look at it occationally, so I may keep making it worse myself from just spreading myself open all the time in order to get a good look.
