Hi! For him it might be mental. He should talk t his doctor about it, there are certain doctors who specialize in stuff like this and can easily help it. Don't harass him on the subject tho because it may only make him feel worse. As for you, maybe you have an infection and that's why it's hurting. See your doc to get tested just to make sure. Or use a condom. Good luck.
