I do not think Sprintec is a good choice. I switched to it to save money. It was NOT worth it!!! I believe that it has led to excessive water retention for me leading to a good extra ten pounds that keeps me from fitting into clothes I wore just a few months ago. Stick with Ortho. That is my advice!
