Hi Monica, I'm not a doctor, but i can tell you that oral warts can be had by people who are not HIV positive! Warts can be passed back and forth through oral sex...if you gave oral sex to somebody who had warts on their genitals, it's possible that you could have contracted them easily. Talk to your doctor about it and he/she will tell you the best thing to do and will give you a sure diagnosis.
