Oral warts

I was diagnosed with genital warts a few months ago and have recently noticed that I have what looks like warts near the back of my mouth. (have looked at pictures on the internet and they look real similiar and havent gone away--been there a month i think) I realize that I need to go to the doctor for this and I plan to. However, I have heard oral warts are quite rare and happen to people with HIV. This has been worrying me. I do not have any other symptoms that they say HIV people experience. Should I be concerned? Ever since I was young I have had a weaker immune system----took a lot of antibiotics---could this be a factor? What vitamins can you recommend to boost me up? Please help!
