Bleeding after intercourse

I have checked previous posts on this subject, but can not find an answer to my question. I am 20 years old and have only had intercourse with one person in my life. We have been together almost five years. Recently I have experienced bleeding after intercourse every time we have sex. The bleeding is light and only right after sex. There is also a slight burning sensation. I have been to my doctor several times about the problem, and the only solution she suggests is to change my birth control method. I have been on four different types of the pill, the Nuva Ring, and I am now on the Depo shot. The bleeding occurs with every method. I was screened for cervical abnormalities, STD's, and vaginal infections. All tests came back negative. When I had my pap smear my doctor told me that my cervix looked easily irritated and that the pap would cause spotting (which it did for about 3 days). What could be wrong with me? Is there any way to get rid of this problem? I had a leep about 2 years ago, but at the time my doctor told me it healed fine. Could my bleeding have something to do with this? I have not been bleeding every time since the leep, bleeding has been more recent. Any suggestions??? Please help!
