Sincerely, Tammie you could be pregnant, or you could be hypersensitive to the fact that you missed your pill and think something is wrong. Most antibiotics do not interfere with birth control pills, but being sick and increasing your temperature has increased metabolism, and this will effect birth control efficacy. If your pregnancy test is negative that continue taking a birth control pills as recommended. If you are pregnant-you have the answer
