Yes you can become pregnant from his peinis touching the inside of your vagina if he came. All it takes is for the semen to touch the inside of the vagina and you could get pregnant. This does not mean that everyone automatically gets pregnant if in your situation, it is just very possible. As far as you just missing your period three days, that is not many days to have missed it. it could be stress induced or just late. is your period always on time or is it ever irregular? I would highly advise getting tested for pregnancy, three days after your sexual activity is not always sufficient time for the results to show up. Wait a little longer and get tested. I would also advise you going and getting professionally tested. Hope I helped you a bit. Is would be wisest for you to stay away from intercourse (or sexual activity) until you are ready to have a child.
