If changing to a pill containing a different progestogen, you should continue with your current pill til the end of the packet and then start the new pill the next day, i.e. without the pill free break. If you DO take the pill free break before starting a new brand you should take extra precautions for 7 days. However, as your new pill contains the same progestogen I'm not sure whether this applies. I would speak to your doctor. As for taking two - I would advise you to speak to your doctor.
