Marchbein, M.D.: "Guidelines for posting to the YOUNG-WOMEN forum" hi! first post. basically i suffer from next to continous bleeding for the past six years. i'm due for a laparoscopy the end of may and am scared stiff. but my main concern is that the one pill that seems ease the bleeding, microgynon, is being discontinued. i've tried numerous other ones but to only suffer from side effects. now i don't know whether i want to continue pill popping. does anyone have any advice on the implant that you can get in your arm? i'm only twenty and i haven't had any children yet as i'm in college. will that affect my chances of convincing my consultant that i want the implant if that's the best thing?
