Yes you can donate blood, I have done volunteer work with the Red Cross and have given blood and I have HPV as well. Not sure about the bump though I have never had one, actually the only sign I had that I had it was the abnormal cells, and the cervical pre cancer stuff. I'm still having abnormal results back two years after I found out this gets very frustrating to say the least but at least I could answer one of your questions. Take care!
