OBGYN.net does not provide referrals and asks forum members not to provide names on its website-it's a legal liability issue. Forum members may email you privately if you'd like.
I don't know how far along your sister is, but it may be difficult to switch to a new practice at this point. Why is she unhappy with this doctor?
If the prescription was supposed to be called in but wasn't, call again.
