I'm not a doctor but my mother has MS and was on Avonex a while ago. I think Avonex regulates (supresses) your immune system so that it doesn't attack your myelin. Monistat One is not the best OTC yeast treatment. I am on the pill and I can't use it when I get yeast infections cuz they come back. The ear infections may also be a result of your immume sustem being regualted. For the yeast try to use the three day or seven day treatment or get a diflucan pill from a doctor. You might also have a yeast infection in the skin around the area in which case you need diflucan or another anti-fungal medication to treat it. Condoms offer pretty good protection from HIV, provided they are used 100% of the time and you haven't had any other "risky" contact, like oral sex. Hope I helped a to ease your mind, but a HIV test would help to ease it more.
