Reply: sara: "Re: Pms bleeding black!" I am 21 years old i have never had normal periods. But for the past 6months i have had really bad irregular periods. I am bleeding black for the whole week of my period. It is a charcoal color i have been to doctors and they say its old blood and never really tell me what causes it or what could be the problem..
