I cannot wait for an appointment to see my normal pediatrician, HELP.From: anonymous@obgyn.netSat, 22 Mar 2003 20:58:24 EST
Good evening, please help with a possible answer to my question. For a quick summary, I do apologize for the shortness of, October 2, 1997, I was in a vehicle accident, placed in a medically induced coma, lasting 6 weeks two days, my body survived on IVs of male hormones in order to keep my body, WHATEVER, strong enough to survive. I had my period HEAVILY, as I was told, when I was comatose, when I woke, I went 2 years and a couple of months without. My doctor put me onto a birth control, Demulen, not for BC, but to control dismenhohea(sp?). I have been at a steady, natural menstrual cycle for a little over 1 year now. A few days ago, I woke with a pea green/muddy type of discharge in my undergarments. I had my period less than 2 weeks prior to this, but, one day I get the "mud," and the next I am "clear." I called my doctor and she asked if I had checked to see if a tampon was possibly still in my vagina, but NO, she would have found it 11 days ago while performing a PAP. Can I possibly get an answer, or shall I wait to see Dr. Byrd? Thank you.
