Hi. I have recently decided that I am going to switch from the Depo-Provera shot to the birth control pill Levlen. I am going to start my first pill before I was scheduled for my next injection. First, is the pill going to be effective immidiately? And Second, will there be any side effects from switching birth control methods so quickly, like bleeding, sickness, etc?? Thanks!
