Hi,

Hi my name is Jessie and I have a question. I have been having irregular menstrual cycles since I had my son. After I had him I went on birth control for about 2 months but it hurt my stomach to much so I went off it during that time I only had one period. After that I didn't have another one for 4 months so I took 2 pregnancy tests they came out negative. I was also feeling very depressed so I went to the doc and she put me on depression medicine right when i started taking it I got my period well I was on that for about a month and she switched me because that was making my insomnia worse. Since then I get a period about once every 4 months my last one was the end of december beginning of Jan. I am asking this because I was very regular before my son.

I also can't seem to lose any of the weight I gained during pregnancy. I have tried everything exercising changing my diet but nothing seems to help. I still have insomnia I sleep about 4 hours a night and I have really bad mood swings. I was just wondering what these symtoms are and if I really need to see a doctor or if I shouldn't worry because I don't mind not having periods I was just wondering if it was bad for my health ty for your time.

Jessie
