Lapidus M.D.: "Re: painfull periods" hi, my name is amber, i have had my right ovary and right tube removed in 2001. had huge cysts removed also. my question is this. i have lower back pain when i start my period that it keeps me in bed all day and am unable to work. i also have these cramps on my left side that start in the front and radiate to the back, they make me feel like my insides are going to fall out. they hurt so bad i pray for God to just take me right there so my ? is this, is there anything i can do naturally to ease this it would be appricated. thank you Amber Next message: Alicia M.
