Brown Vaginal Discharge

I am a 22 year old female. I have been having a stringy and sometimes clumpy brown discharge. I have also experienced an internal itch along with the discharge. One morning I also experienced extreme burning in my vagina. I did not have a period for the month of February. It is now March and I still have not had a period. My last period was around January 6th. I have vaginal yeast infections often, but the discharge is white and clumpy. I have stomach cramps sometimes (like every two weeks for a day). Recently (maybe one or two weeks ago) I had what I thought to be a UTI. I had extreme pain during urination, small amounts of urine, and traces of blood in my urine. This went away maybe a week ago. I don't have sex, but my partner has fingered me in the past (so I am not pregnant and I don't have an STD). Towards the end of January I had swollen lymph nodes in the groin area and the doctor said that it was probably "Cat Scratch Fever" (because I have a kitten and she scratches me sometimes on my leg when playing). I was treated with Cephalexin and then Augmentin. After that I had to take Diflucan 150 mg for vaginal itching. The itching went away but came back about a week later. I took another Diflucan 150 mg but the icthing came back and then the brown discharge appeared, explained above. I know this is alot of information but I wanted to mention everything that might be relavent to my problem. What is causing the itch, brown discharge, and other symptoms? I was given a refill on Diflucan 150 mg...should I go ahead and take it? Thanks.
