question about negative pregnancy tests & on BCP...Dr. only please...

I've tried searching the forums for the past 3 days for a possible answer to my question, but I still have not been able to get an answer. I've also tried consulting my general physician and the nurses at Planned Parenthood, and they can't seem to give me a answer either. Hopefully someone here can help, here's my situation:

I've been on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for 3 years straight & have been extremely on-time with each pack. This past month, I started experiencing some very different symptoms, specifically: breast tenderness (galactorrhea from my left breast, and my nipples& areola look darker than usual) & my period has been extremely strange (it started bleeding on the day it was supposed to come, but it doesn't have the clots nor the burgundy-red color it usually has - the volume also seems a bit lighter than usual.) I spoke to my general physician about this prior to my period coming and (after she ran a urine preg test which came out (-) 11 dpo) she said that it could be hormonal changes. After my period came, and I kept on feeling these symptoms, I went to Planned Parenthood to have a blood test done, and it was also negative (this was the second day of my "period" or 16dpo). My question is, how likely is it that I am pregnant? I know there are false negatives, and I'm wondering if that has happened to me. (Also my b/f and I only had intercourse once during my "fertile" period - day 11 of my cycle. And, I've been under a LOT of stress for the past month & a half-job-wise, economically, and emotionally)

I appologize for this being so long, but I will greatly appreciate it if someone would answer me ASAP.
