Strange Problem

Hello everyone...I'm having a rather strange problem, and I'm at a loss over it. I don't have insurance, a job, or any way to get to a doctor, but I'm waiting on a medicaid approval. I'm wondering what may be wrong and if I should be worried.

I'm 19, obese, and have never been pregnant.

Anyway, I've been regular on my period since I was 11 years old. But in December, after I became sexually active again (After a year) I began missing periods. I've not had a period since. I had a home pregnancy test in January, and it turned out negative.

I took that after I had light spotting in January.

I've also been having SEVERE cramping for the past month. I at times have menstrual cramps, and I also have SHARP pains in my stomach, and have been gaining weight (Although that is intentional, once I get my medical card I need a surgery badly (I'm 5'8 and weigh 330, I want to get to 350 to insure that I can get the obesity surgery) However I've been sure to do that in the safest way possible, and this has come about AFTER the missed periods.

As I said above, I'm at a loss over this. I slightly wonder if the test results my have been wrong, however, one symptom of pregnancy that i havent had is enlarged/tender breasts.
