i have recently developed vertical cuts on the outside of my vagina as well as what looks like a small rash on both sides of my inner labia; it is also inflamed and protruding. When the symptoms first began about two weeks ago, urinating caused it to sting, but now it doesn't really hurt but just feels odd when i urinate. there is some itching from time to time. it is not extremely painful but mostly just uncomfortable and bothersome. there is no puss or discharge. also i started having sex for the first time around the time that the symptoms began and didn't know if the two were related. i'm currently studying abroad for four months and don't really have access to a medical examination so any information on what this could possibly be and/or how i can treat it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
