Your period can start anytime after you finish the active pills, so you are right in line.
There is a lot of information in the archives here and on the women's health forum about shortening the time you are taking the placebo's as well as taking the pill continously.
Always check with your own MD prior to changing anything. S/he knows you better than anyone on line and can tailor their response to your individual case.
