I've been experiencing some discomfort lately. I have what seems to be dry skin between the lips, this skin comes off on a cloth when I wash myself. Also between the outer lip and inner lip there is a red sore area, like a cut going lengthwise about 1/2 an inch. I'm not having any strange discharge and I clean this area daily. I wear cotton underwear. The only difference seems to be this flaking skin, and lesions due to the dryness. It seems a coincidence that this started happening when I started sleeping with my current partner. The only thing I could think of is the first time we had sexual contact we used an expired condom. We are no longer using condoms and my problem persists. Thank you
