definetley start using tampons, and get used to feeling inside your vagina, start in the bath maybe and explore after a bath. try feeling with two fingers inside. massaging your clitoris with wet fingers, will help lubricate the vagina and make it easier to stretch the opening. progess to larger tampons later. keep exploring, it will make sex and exams much easier later if you know how to stimulate yourself for pleasure and how to relax your muscles for exams. good luck.
