Check the archives on the women's health forum. I think Group B Strep is found in approximately 30% of women and is considered a normal inhabitant of the vagina. The only time is is usually treated is during labor as it can be passed on to the baby causing severe problems for the baby. Otherwise, it is not normally treated.
