If the cause of your daughter's symptoms is endometriosis, then interfering with the hormone supply to the endometriosis will stop it from spreading. This type of treatment will also produce a suspension of the menstrual bleeding. If left untreated teh endometriosis will definitely cause moe problems(pain, more menstrual irregularities as well as infertility). I would recommend you follow your doctor's advise.
