However, since I have become sexually active at age 17, my periods have been extremely irregular. Recently, I have been very worried that something is wrong with my body and have made an appointment. However, I cannot get an appointment for over a month and would like some advice. My period was over two months late, then I got it within a month, and now one week after I stopped menestrating, I have very dark (almost black) blood and lots of clotting. It is very disturbing. What could this be?
