I'm 16 years old and missed last months period.. What I got at the time when I normally get it was a little bit of spotting over a period of a few days. Could this have been just an extremely lite period? I've never had sex... but I've been under a lot of stress since my last period(A LOT of stress), started taking antidepressants, lost weight.. and my diet hasn't been too good.. should I be concerned?
