I did not use any other birth control during the month. At the end of 21 days I had a light spotting but no period. I am now in my second week of the new pack (I started taking them right after my first pack was over) but haven't gotten my period yet. I took a pregnancy test last week that came out negative but was told it would detect only if I conceived atleast 11 days prior. I have started feeling heartburn and sleepy during the day (just like I did for my first kid).
