It is best that if you are going to partake in ANY sexual activity, even if there is no penetration, to be on birth control. If pregnancy is not desired, don't take the risk of it happening.

See your MD for contraceptive counseling. Always use condoms to prevent STD's, including AIDS. Your boyfriend may tell you he has never been with anyone, but you have to assume otherwise.
