Next in thread: Marisa Geller MD: "Re: breast discharge-again" Maybe reply: Marisa Geller MD: "Re: breast discharge-again" I had a baby 20 months ago and a few months after I began to have a white milky discharge from one breast and then from both..i saw a breast spec who did a prolactin test and also a breast smear both negative..the problem lasted a few months and the went away for the last year until recently it has started again..I feel a let down feeling and there will be a very tiny drop of white milky discharge..should I go back to the doctor?
