Louise, Did a doctor tell you to put her on "pre-menses"? This is an herbal supplement sold over the internet and I rather doubt it would be helpful. If you don't like your assigned doctor, what about starting with your daughter's pediatrician, if she has one? For painful periods I would try ibuprophen (Motrin or Advil, etc), and if that doesn't help, definitely see a gynecologist. Did she only spot once mid-cycle or do this happen each month? Why are you unable to change doctors? Do you live outside the United States? Pam (not a medical professional)
