I don't know where you live, but to the best of my knowledge, in the U.S. the doctor would not be able to discuss anything with your parents without your permission. Are you using your parents' insurance? They may be sent a claims summary from the insurer and may want to know what the visit is about. If they call the doctor, most doctors will tell them to ask you, but there's no guarantee this will happen. If you want confidentiality, you might want to try Planned Parenthood.
