I have been told by an OBGYN nurse (my friends mom) that i may have an inverted uterus, meaning its tilted backwards. I have painful back cramps when i'm on my period, despite my ortho tri cylcn, though that has made it much better. My doctor doesnt seem to conscerned, so i assume their is no call for alarm but i am conserned with fertility/infertility and birth etc. My boyfrients mom (a rn) says that it should correct itself when i am pregnant. Is this true? What else is thereto know about this problem? I have never heard of anyone i know having this and i'd like to know more about it... Thanks :)
